Helpful staff and great location for a great hotel.
This hotel is in a great neighborhood- quiet, by the park and some lovely restaurants, and only 2 blocks from the tram. The staff was so helpful, including going above and beyond to print something I needed, helping us find refrigerator space to store something cold, and assisting us with transportation needs. And free coffee/tea 24 hours a day.

Wonderful
Check-in was nice, staff is very pleasant and helpful, managing all the doors from my phone browser was super cool. Clean and a good location for both transportation and a walk.
I knew the room would be small but not having a single chair to sit down was a bit uncomfortable.

Good
Great location and beautiful room.
Staff was not very helpful and didn’t have much experience (they couldn’t program our room keys and took forever just to be able to enter our room) The room is very small and doesn’t have space for luggage. Luckily we had only one hand luggage but if you have a big luggage… good luck.
